01 DISCOVERY AND VISUAL AUDIT
We begin with the property, the opening timeline and the existing visual material. The objective is to understand what must be created, what is already available and where the most important gaps remain.
02 BRAND AND CHANNEL REQUIREMENTS
Image requirements are mapped across the hotel, operator, brand, website, booking platforms, PR, sales and social channels. This ensures that the production serves the complete marketing ecosystem.
03 SHOT LIST AND OPERATIONAL SCHEDULE
A detailed shot plan is developed around the guest journey, priority spaces, available light and the operational realities of the property.
04 STYLING AND PRODUCTION PLANNING
Where required, the production can include styling, content partners and additional specialists. The team scales around the property and the brief.
05 PHOTOGRAPHY AND ON-SITE REVIEW
The production is completed according to the agreed schedule, with ongoing creative and quality control. Priority images can be reviewed during the shoot when the opening timeline requires it.
06 LAUNCH SELECTION AND COMPLETE DELIVERY
A priority launch selection can be prepared within days after the shoot, followed by the complete retouched library. Files are organised around their intended platforms, formats and usage requirements.
